CHUCK's TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Chuck the finance manager's attitude & demeanor are not a good representation of the other departments. He is not seeing the sale through on his part. It's sad, really sad. I asked a question about money. He said it was an accounting question, to call back Monday & ask. You're a finance manager dude. Get someone on the phone. It's been 3 weeks. See your sale through. Post sale customer experience is just as important Chuck. Do your homework. It's a new day! More
Great customer service Jeff was our salesman and was wonderful. At first it wasn't a happy trip because another couple got the car I came for and we were going to leave. Then Jeff went and talked to his boss and they found another car. Two years newer and better deal. Walked out with a 2015 car when I originally came for a 2013. Bigger smile than what I begin with! Derives needed with no one checking vehicle. I took our 2007 Durango in for an oil change on 7-12-2017. I was told that it would be 2 hours in the express oil LANs as the three vehicles in front I took our 2007 Durango in for an oil change on 7-12-2017. I was told that it would be 2 hours in the express oil LANs as the three vehicles in front of mine had appointments. I waited for and hour and fifteen minutes in the waiting room and noticed only two of the three in front of mine had moved. Also no service person had ever looked at my vehicle. I realized it was going to be much longer then told and decided to cancel the service. I informed the service writer and she moved the vehicle in front of mine o I could leave. I noticed. Service Required form on my dashboard. It had listed my vehicle needed recommended services to include steering and suspension, wheel alignment, plugs and wires, and brake inspection. How in the world would they know or recommend such service without even looking at my vehicle. A great number of owners would believe such a phony need for service an pay for expensive service that is not needed. My vehicle had several of these services already checked and completed at another auto service agency. Also I had purchased 3 new vehicles from Dodgeland in the past, 2 for cash. I will never take my vehicle back to them or buy another car from them. This is why customers frown on taking cars back to dealers. Also I noticed on my service document that the time my service was promised to be completed was 6 PM. even though I was received by the service writer at 10.27 AM. and told it would take 2 hours for their express oil change. More
Great leasing experience I just leased a new Durango. It could not have gone any smoother. I had a price in mind and they did all they could to meet me at a reasonable monthly I just leased a new Durango. It could not have gone any smoother. If that's not going over and above I don't know what is. I highly recommend Dodgeland of Columbia. More
Great experience I worked with Jeremy to trade in my 2015 Chevy SS (which I loved!) in for a 2016 Hellcat Challenger (love it too!) because the SS had been in a wreck. I worked with Jeremy to trade in my 2015 Chevy SS (which I loved!) in for a 2016 Hellcat Challenger (love it too!) because the SS had been in a wreck. I felt that Jeremy treated me very fairly. The process took a bit longer than I hope for once we were talking numbers, and the detailers did not do a super great job with the new car, so I'm dinging a star there. But Jeremy himself was amazing, Jake the finance guy was easy to work with, I definitely would buy another car here. More

Needed van and had no time Got ti the dealership after looking online for used van. The 1 we wanted was being sold. A hurry we did not even take the van with us. Zack had it cleaned and ready for us the next morning for pick up. More
Service Department Sucks I purchased a car from Dodgeland three weeks ago, a week later the check engine light came on. I called the dodgeland to see if i could get the car c I purchased a car from Dodgeland three weeks ago, a week later the check engine light came on. I called the dodgeland to see if i could get the car check. I dropped the car off and made arrangement for the shuttle to pick me up @ 3:30. the shuttle never showed so i had tko find a ride to Dodgeland. Once i got there i was handed my keys and the told if the check engine light come on again just bring the car back. Well the light came on again. As for my first visit for assistance, it was unpleasant. Two weeks later the check engine light came back on. I called Dodgeland and spoke to Bill Vaughn whom inform me to drop my vehicle off on Monday morning as early as possible. I was there before the service department opened. Once the door were up for service i asked for Bill Vaughn, 3 out of the four Service Tech called for Bill Vaughn over the intecom system, he never showed. At this time i have waited 25 minutes for assistance. I end up going to the cashier window to seek service and found out that Bill Vaughn was not on site. I don't understand why The Service Tech didn't bother to assist me instead i was ignored as if my service was not impportant. Rick Coyner the Service Manger at Dodgeland of Columbia didn't make the issue any better when i informed him via by phone the poor service i received. I recieved one call that my car was sent to another dealership at 1:40 via voicemail. I didn't receive any more calls that day. I provided the Service Department with a work number and cell number. I wasn't until i arrived to pick my vehicle up, i found out it wasn't ready. If it wasn't for my friend asking if i could get a rental, the Service Manger Rick Coyner didn't bother to suggest anything of such for me. I have to ask myself is this a act of discrimation. I do not and would not recommend anyone to the Service Department for Dodgeland of Columbia. The Sales Department at Dodgeland is excellent special thanks t Bill Swason who made it a proirity to assist and guide me in the right direction. A large dealership such as Dodgeland of Columbia need to look more into providing better service to the customers. More
