Purchased an SUV from this dealer "AS IS". It was raining and snowing that day but the test drive was great. The NEXT DAY the check engine light came on, after re-checking over everything I noticed there was oil leaking from several places. I took pictures and made a phone call where I was connected with Mohamad. He assured me the vehicle was not leaking oil when it went through their shop. I mentioned the check engine light being on and it looked as though it had been reset before according to my local mechanic, which he corrected and said it was deleted (not reset). He asked if I was a mechanic and if I could clean the oil off and see where it was coming from. We are 2 hours from the dealer so I took it Jiffy lube which is a franchise that changed the oil for Mohamad before we purchased it. They said the oil level was fine, the oil filter was new and installed correctly, and it was leaking from several places, and was also missing a transmission bolt. I called Mohamad back to explain what Jiffy Lube had found. He then asked if I could take it to a shop to get a quote on how much it would cost to fix and he would take care of it. The next several days I did that. I got the quote and sent it to Mohamad. He then called me and asked about the shop and if I trust them and he proceeded to tell me he could only pay half of the bill now. Days later I received a check in the mail for half of the repair. DON'T TRUST THIS DEALER, they are very shady and lie. I paid almost $14,000 for a vehicle that is currently a lawn ornament until the shop can get it in to be repaired. The website says in the vehicle description that every vehicle comes with a 90 day powertrain warranty that was never mentioned to us. Also every vehicle comes with a free car fax that we never received. DO YOUR HOMEWORK, BUYER BEWARE!! They will do anything to sell a vehicle. More
