No Customer Satisfaction I am appalled at the way I have been treated. My name is Rose Epstein and I have been a Lexus owner for many years. My husband and I have been buyin I am appalled at the way I have been treated. My name is Rose Epstein and I have been a Lexus owner for many years. My husband and I have been buying Lexus’ since 1990. I am 91 years old and my husband recently passed away. I drive an LS460. The inside of the entire car is sticky and melting: the dash, door panels and auxiliary panels. I am concerned that the very bad smell in the car is toxic to my health. No one wants to ride in this car. I have been calling for about 3 years and no one has been helping me. I have called and come into the dealership numerous times. Initially I called and gave my information over the phone. When I got no response I called the corporate office. They made me go to the dealer, which is far from my house, so they could take pictures of the problem and document it. I did all that. It is fully documented. I have heard nothing. A 91 year old loyal customer should not be treated this way. I would hope to get a response from a General Manager. My email is tapperose@gmail.com. More
