Exploring my relationship with J M Lexus Sixteen years ago I moved to Florida from Chicago driving my 2001 Lexus RX . Since the I have leased five or six cars from J M and had all of my servi Sixteen years ago I moved to Florida from Chicago driving my 2001 Lexus RX . Since the I have leased five or six cars from J M and had all of my service work done there as well. Yesterday I brought my 2016 NX 200T in for service and decided to learn more about J M's Lexus Plus policies. I have valued my relationship with J M Lexus, but with ever increasing alternatives for buying and leasing automobiles I decided to learn whether this relationship was costing me more than I knew. I asked for ten minutes with a Sales Manager and Omar and I sat down to talk. Almost an hour later I left Omar with the security and knowledge that my loyalty to J M was not misplaced. Omar answered old and new questions I had about leasing and gave me valuable advice about when to initiate my next J M lease. Omar has the enthusiasm I would expect for someone in his position but he also listens. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my friends. Retirees like me talk about where to place their confidence in the new age of auto alternatives. I now have a very positive experience to add to the conversation. Mike Manning More
