THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE! We had been in the market for a new vehicle since our lease was up and went to over 5 dealerships over 3 weeks and the experience was horrible. We had We had been in the market for a new vehicle since our lease was up and went to over 5 dealerships over 3 weeks and the experience was horrible. We had spent almost 16 hours haggling and still not getting a deal we felt comfortable with from the "other" brands. My mom bought a Lexus a week before and let us drive it and the moment we got in, we were in love. Lexus was not even on our list of cars since we did not know if we could afford it. After hearing everything my mom said about her experience, and the price they received, we decided to go in and see. It was such a different atmosphere, there was NO Haggling. They gave us the best price out of the gate, which was within our budget. Saqib was the sales/financier/manager all in one and since they are NOT on commission it was very low pressure. On another note 4 of the 5 dealerships we went to, did not give water out to customers??? JM Lexus had a full coffee bar, water, ice cream, and snacks at no charge. We were in and out within 3 hours which seemed like a miracle compared to our other car buying experiences. P.S. we were actually referred to Khaled by my mom, but he was helping another client so he gladly referred us to Saqib since he did not want us waiting around. What a BONUS! We can't wait to re-lease here again. Other dealerships need to fall in line with the way JM does business. More
