There are so many things to consider during the process that it can be overwhelming. Thanks to the help of the JM Lexus staff, our experience, although still long and involved, resulted in a couple of very satisfied new Lexus owners! Jerry Gruher was very patient with us while we looked at numerous vehicles and asked a zillion questions. Also on hand to ensure excellent service were Victor Haviv and Brian Mintzer. Jerry ended up staying an extra 5 hours at the dealership to make sure we got what we wanted and we literally closed the place down with him--even though it was a Friday night. We went back the next day and Jerry walked us through the operation of all the on-board equipment and gizmos to build our confidence for going solo. Also, thanks to the ladies serving the snacks and food. We came to JM Lexus on a referral and we can certainly see why! More
