Dealing with Alicia at JM lexus was the best car buying experience I’ve had in quite some time. I worked with her on and off for about 2 weeks. She was always friendly and informative. I never felt pressure to buy or make up my mind in anyway. I test drove several vehicles, a couple more than once. Again, without knowing if I was buying or not Alicia treated me with respect and understood my family’s needs. As far as the dealership itself, I think the one person(point) connection is a fabulous idea and hope more dealers go the same route. As much as I love cars, buying them has always been the worst part.
