I have a 2015 Ford Escape been in the shop twice for transmission problems yet after having it fixed by them I am still experiencing those problems. I do not recommend this company to anyone actively se transmission problems yet after having it fixed by them I am still experiencing those problems. I do not recommend this company to anyone actively seeking a vehicle. Problem after problem even though they claim to have taken the vehicle to the Ford house to have repaired. They placed a used transmission twice and I’m not understanding why I have not received any contact from higher ups even after making multiple attempts. If anyone has a contact number for anyone higher up please respond with that phone number. All the service department could say is just drive it and it should go away. Is the check engine light on. I told the service depth about my brakes. Stated that he didn’t hear anything. Test drive the car with the windows down not up and you will be able to hear the brakes. Put 40 in this car within 3 days. only had vehicle for 2 months. More

If I’m not mistaken they want a total of 12k for it. Went to a few lots and got told it’s only worth maybe $1,500-$3,000 tops Worst xxxxing car lot I’ve ever gotten a car from. I wouldn’t recommend even my worst enemy to get a car from this place. This place deserves a zero star rating. More
