When I decided i was going to buy the vehicle he told me of pricing options and all other information that made my decision to purchase the vehicle very easy. He was very friendly and did not use any pressure to get me to purchase the vehicle. A few days after purchasing the vehicle he called to make sure everything was going well with the new vehicle. I called him a few days later because I couldn't figure out how to hook up the sync feature on my car. He told me to stop by and when I did he came right out to the vehicle and set up the sync in a matter of minutes. I would have to say that it was the most pleasureable car buying experience I have ever had, and I have purchased about 12 vehicles in my life. A great job! (I clicked on Toyota for vehicle brand, but it was a Ford...Ford wasn't listed as a brand there....I bought a 2014 Ford Fiesta Titanium) More

Went to see Crystal when i was looking a used truck. Called her in the morning and told her that me and my wife would be down to look at it and had planned on buying it. She told me that the truck had to go through their shop as it had not gone through yet. Before we came down she called me to tell me that the truck was to far past repair and that they would not sell us the truck as they don't sell something that did not make it through their shop. She still wanted us to come down and look at a few cars she had in mind so we did. We test drove a Ford Edge and we liked and we started the process of buying it. After all said and done it was late and we had to wait to have it be put through the shop and detailed. Me and my wife work different shift and only had two days that we have time together and the Edge wouldn't be done in time for both of us to sign papers at the same time and they didn't want to sign all the papers till the car was run thru and checked. When the car was done Crystal her self drove the Edge to my wife's work with the remaining papers to sign and after all signed she drove our trade back to Irwin. Not many dealers, nor the person who sold you the car, these days cares much past you once you sign papers and walk out the door, let alone are willing to drive you your new car(after her shift was done, mind you) to get the deal done. We are very happy with the level of service that Irwin and Crystal provided to us!! More

He was brusque, and did not have the documentation of the financial paperwork clearly stated which delayed the process. He pitched add on extended warranty etc and when I told him I was not interested he raced through the paperwork to get me out the door. More
