Truly Exceptional Service Our Toyota RAV4 was part of a recall for excessive oil consumption. It was an extensive process to repair. Parts could not be ordered until the selected parts were taken off the vehicle. Some of the replacement parts were not immediately available. We were provided with a rental vehicle the day we brought the vehicle in. Steve Barbour was the Service Writer with whom we dealt. He was truly exceptional. He is so friendly and pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. He kept us informed every step of the way regarding delivery of parts and time frames. When we realized the vehicle registration needed to be renewed and the vehicle needed to be inspected, he arranged that for us. We highly recommend the service at the Irwin Zone and Steve Barbour. When he started to tell us that the cars we were looking at were sold "as is" and fully explained how that worked I could tell we were in for a different experience. His honesty was apparent as he right away made a call to a co worker inquiring about a car that came to mind. He NAILED IT for us. The car had not been cleaned yet but he assured us we would be able to tell it was a solid car if we drove it. Again he was right! Bob Travers I was not looking forward to the car buying experience. Bob made it a relatively painless experience. I live 2 hours away from the dealership. The following Friday, Bob had arranged for a runner to bring the vehicle to my mechanic for an inspection. My mechanic, and a good friend, both loved the truck! The following Wednesday we talked price over the phone. Thursday, my 11 year old son (who found the truck on line) and I drove to Irwin to sign the papers. We drove home an hour later grinning from ear to ear! We were extremely happy with Bob's professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, friendliness, flexibility, etc. It was a great experience!
