The following Friday, Bob had arranged for a runner to bring the vehicle to my mechanic for an inspection. My mechanic, and a good friend, both loved the truck! The following Wednesday we talked price over the phone. Thursday, my 11 year old son (who found the truck on line) and I drove to Irwin to sign the papers. We drove home an hour later grinning from ear to ear! We were extremely happy with Bob's professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, friendliness, flexibility, etc. It was a great experience! I would definitely recommend Bob Travers at Irwin to a friend. He did a great job! More
