From the moment I make an appointment usually by phone where the service rep is always accommodating to my special needs to the moment I take the serviced vehicle out of the yard, I know that I am getting the best service in town. Especially is this true when I deal with a rep such as Jim O'keefe. No matter what my problem with my car might be, Jim is always kind and courteous to answer any and all questions which I have. Being a senior citizen I always get the answers fully explained and never treated like an "idiot" for having asked the questions. Since I have a Toyota Camry 2014, there really are no major problems and yet Jim does see to it that my car stays in top running shape. He obviously must have a tip-top super relationship with the technicians behind the scene because the work is done as promised on the day and time specified. And to top it off, Jim takes the time at "bill paying time" to go over the bill, making sure that I understand exactly the work that was done and the charges for that work --- if there are any at all. In this particular case there were none since the vehicle was (is) still under warranty. Just going to Irwin's for auto repairs is a satisfying experience. Just having a rep like Jim to greet you and take you through the process is rewarding. I recommend Irwin's every time to everyone I know and I always say to ask to Jim O'Keefe.
