Great Service I had an issue with my tires and need to have new one immediately. Having my Prius C 30000k serviced. This morning I was to have my car serviced at 9:am, I missed the appointment and called the service department to explain. I was told to bring my car This morning I was to have my car serviced at 9:am, I missed the appointment and called the service department to explain. I was told to bring my car up and they would get it done for me in a short time. My car was completed and I received a call telling me I could pick the car up. I was told I needed new filters, and there would be a charge for them. I told the young man on the phone I don't think there is a charge, and told him no filters. When I returned to pick up my car, Jim O'Brien checked my contract and said there is not charge for the filters. Jim said for me to hold on, and he would have the filters installed. He had my car brought back into service, and I was out within a half hour. Jim is very caring and kind to customer needs. Keep this young man, he is an asset to Irwin Toyota.
