Working with Jacob was a pleasure, despite a few hiccups. The Toyota Corolla Cross had a recall issue that Toyota had no fix for yet, which made it ineligible for Toyota Gold used car certification. We would have liked to pay with a wire transfer but for some hard to understand reason the dealership takes 24 hours to process an instant wire transfer. It took four and a half hours, but everyone stayed patient and friendly. More
