Very disappointing experience. Irwin Hyundai advertised a car price on the web, which we requested an online quote for. Shortly after our request, we received an email quote from Irwin Hyundai advertised a car price on the web, which we requested an online quote for. Shortly after our request, we received an email quote from Tyler that was better than the web advertised price and a note saying the price was valid for 24 hours. We drove three hours the next day from Massachusetts to the dealership to test drive and buy the car and they would not honor the quoted price. In addition, to that they low-balled the estimate on our trade in which was more than $3000 less than other dealers had estimated its value. Then when I presented them with the $3000 certificate over book value for our trade in that they gave me online for making an appointment, they again would not honor the certificate. Overall, I would not do business with a company that does not stand by their word. If they won't stand by their price quote, or other online promotions, it makes you wonder what else they won’t honor when they are dealing with you. More
