Low to no pressure and car purchased in an hour…not four or five as experienced at Lexus or Honda, albeit a decade + ago. I felt there was honesty and integrity in working with Renzo. I realize that this isn’t the time to get a deep or any discount on a car. Knowing that, and how fortunate I am to be able to buy my first BMW, I went into this experience with a positive attitude. I can’t forget Armon who really is a BMW genius. Really, he is so smart and kind, personable. There is a lot to learn and he was so patient. Thank you Irvine BMW!! More
