Will not use this dealership again for anything unless things change. Purchased new car here...X4 M40i...spotty service experiences to say the least. The worst was that I was told something was under warranty and when spouse brought car in for trim replacement we were charged...This, after I had to call to see if the part was in over a month late rather than them contacting me. Could have sent picture in for this small trim piece, but forced to drive out and "wait" which was another ordeal. I called twice to rectify this situation and was told "I have to talk to the boss, but I'll call you back."...no return call in well over a week. No return of messages left. We've been an Audi family, but gave BMW a try and our several poor experiences at Irvine BMW have made us second guess BMW as a brand, much less this local dealership. More
