Bought a BMW X4 from Irvine BMW. The Financial Manager, Ken, and Salesperson, Andrei, was super dishonest when selling and financing the car for us. They especially said that the warranty for the first couple years wasn't free, when it completely was, so we paid extra for it. They also never mentioned that the X4 already has a locating device in the car and suggest us to buy a LoJack for it. When I purchased the LoJack from BMW Irvine, they never called us for an installation date and we called back and emailed back and never got a reply until 2 months after, to only talk to Angel, who didn't even handle our purchase. What a sleazy dealership. Bought the car with a bad feeling. What the point of having a salesperson when the customer has to fact check everything. Come prepared or don't come at all. Lesson learned. More

What I appreciate most with my first visit there was NO PRESSURE! Yep, Vasilis just take it easy, answer our questions and let us test drive what we want. At no point did he try to pressure us to buy the vehicle like most car dealers do. The guy was so nice and professional. We felt at ease with his help. We left for the day but came back about a month later after we made up our mind on what we want with our X3. We contacted Vasilis again then BOOM! We drove off our new X3 M40i excited and happy!
