Pleasantly Suprised I purchased a low mileage used Highlander from Ira Toyota in Manchester NH. Vinnie was great to deal with and the process went very smoothly with no high pressure tactics.. I had done a fair amount of research ahead of time and felt that I got a reasonable deal and was treated fairly. I had also researched financing options and the individual in the F+I department was also good to deal with and obtained a good rate in line with what I anticipated, no "games" Also, I live about 20 mile from the dealership Vinnie was kind enough to offer to deliver the car for me. This was my first visit to the dealership and as I would typically rather have a root canal than having to go through the process of buying a car I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. More
