Elizabeth Welch, the sales associate was outstanding to work with throughout the process. She contacted us on a regular basis providing updates on the status of the vehicle. The vehicle was delivered as promised on time and at the cost we agreed upon. We have purchased Toyotas in the past from other dealers and found the IRA experience to be superior to the other dealers. We definitely would go back to IRA to purchase future vehicles. More

Overall good and quick today. There has been a problem with the voltage harness for headlights on certain previous models. They replaced one of my headlights in the meantime so that the cops wouldn't pull me over again. the service manager told me this could have been taken care of three weeks ago when I was there rather than having to make a special trip back today. George was so helpful and even helped me with some interesting key fob questions about low battery messages. He was really helpful and what made my experience even better was the dedicated office space in the waiting area.
