Very customer centric Though I scheduled a 1045 service appt. I was 3 cars deep in line outside of the service bay and still out there at 1104. My service tech acknowledged the issue and was apologetic for the delay and seemed fully understanding of time being important. He was very attentive to why I was there and suggested a service which accepted and was very happy with the price and time it took to complete.
