I then fell in love with a 2018 Tundra crew max, and this brought me back to Ira. I was met with assistance as soon as I arrived. This was nice as I already knew what I wanted, and was ready for a test drive. They explained the trim levels and features, different packages, exclusive colors, optional add ons- showing me I had almost settled for the wrong trim package, which looks quite different, honestly. They helped me find the options I wanted and located a truck for me. I got to drive it home 2 days later. I was very pleased with how professional everyone was when it came to negotiating a competitive final price on my purchase. This was a much better experience than my last visit several years ago. I got exactly what I wanted at Ira Toyota. More
