Anthony was very great at answering my questions and getting the sale written up and Dan was unbelievable!!!! Went right outside to my new car with me and showed me everything I needed to know to utilize all the new technology. Was very informative, able to answer all of my questions, and very patient. He explained every aspect of my new car and made sure I was all set, even gave me his card and said he could be reached anytime if I had any questions or couldn’t figure something out. Much easier than trying to learn from a manual. I must say, I was very impressed by him. My last Toyota Rav 4 purchase from Acton was not a good one!! Chuck set me up with all the protection I need to keep my car like new and did a great job getting all the paperwork completed quickly, but still explaining every detail of it all so I could understand it, also very friendly. I was made to feel very comfortable and trusting with all of the staff. Everyone was very friendly and worked as a team helping each other out. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!! And I will be making the extra trip up to Manchester to have it serviced and I will be sending all of my clients, friends and family looking to purchase a car. Thank you.
