Got an oil change and tire rotation, I received a call after an hour or so telling me they recommended replacing my cabin air filter after looking at it which I declined. They ended up taking all of my belongings out of the glovebox and the air filter and just leaving it all out on the seat (the air filter was dirty and made a mess in my vehicle). Small details matter, especially when making a mess in someone else’s vehicle and not cleaning up afterwards. More
