This place is unbelievable and I have had nothing but amazing experiences here. i’m about to purchase my sixth vehicle from Ira Toyota of Manchester. As long as they keep up with their customer service, amazing experiences here. i’m about to purchase my sixth vehicle from Ira Toyota of Manchester. As long as they keep up with their customer service, I will never go anywhere else. I have a 14-year-old that’s gonna be driving in the next year and a half to two years and my wife is due for a new car and that will be car number seven and eight that we will be purchasing at Ira in Manchester. The salesman Mo is one of the nicest and most genuine people on the planet. Doesn’t feel like you were dealing with a salesman. He treats you like family. I’ve even gotten to hear stories about his family. To hear stories of his wife and his two children and see how they are growing and to know that they’ve got an incredible dad to take care of them that works very hard. If you want a car and you want someone to treat you like a human being, please go to Ira and ask for Mo. I’m assuming the rest of their sales team are just as incredible, but I built a rapport with him. The people in service are also great. They’re very clear with what your car needs and what they will be servicing. I can’t rave enough about this place. I pick up my new tundra tomorrow. More

Mo was great from the start. He reached out via phone after I expressed interest in a vehicle and, coincidentally, called while I was visiting the dealership to look at the car. He ran right out, we took a quick test drive, and the paperwork portion was smooth and straightforward. Mo took extra time to ensure my insurance was set up appropriately and that I was good to go leaving the dealership.
