I came into IRA Subaru Manchester for my 24,000 mile service. I spoke to Sandra and she set me with an appointment and told me that Josh would be my Service Technician. I arrived a few minutes early and Josh met me in the bay and introduced himself. He confirmed the work I wanted done and then sent me his contact information in case I had any questions.
