I came into IRA Subaru Manchester for my 24,000 mile service. I spoke to Sandra and she set me with an appointment and told me that Josh would be my Service Technician. I arrived a few minutes early a service. I spoke to Sandra and she set me with an appointment and told me that Josh would be my Service Technician. I arrived a few minutes early and Josh met me in the bay and introduced himself. He confirmed the work I wanted done and then sent me his contact information in case I had any questions. The service was done quickly and efficiently and he even found a coupon to give me a discount on the work being done. Overall I could not have been happier with the service I received today. More

This dealership is pretty unprofessional. Are they worse than any other? Probably not, but it verged on comical to witness the lack of communication among coworkers.
