Hello Elizabeth. I am unsure where the lack of communication is on our end. We sell over 300 vehicles per month and have over 20 sales consultants so if you call in and don't ask for your original salesperson then how would they know where your conversation left off? I also looked at your customer file and did see where we clearly communicated the availability of the vehicle and the price before you drove down from Vermont.
