I brought my brand new 2019 Accord into this service center to get my oil changed and tires rotated for the first time.. I live in windham which is 45 min from this location. I spent about a half hour o center to get my oil changed and tires rotated for the first time.. I live in windham which is 45 min from this location. I spent about a half hour of my time this morning on my way to work trying to have them explain how to change the odometer back to the overall mileage of the vehicle from whatever they did screwing with it and changing the odometer to the trip miles... I was told they needed to look at it in person and after spending 15 min on the phone with Nicole she refused to transfer me to someone else that could help me better... I was told to drive 45 min and waste my time so they could fix the problem they caused.... I called back to talk to another guy that never called me back. He told me he was gonna go to a car and look at it. I am pretty shocked at the behavior of the advisors towards me and the attitude that I got. The fact that a Honda advisor at a Honda dealer has no clue what the xxxx theyre doing is absolutely ridiculous. Maybe provide your employees with proper training so they can actually do they’re job and help. I still don’t have the problem fixed and now I need to drive another 45 min to this subpar dealership to have them fix my brand new car that they screwed with.... thanks for wasting my time and money Prime Honda More
