Hello-I know that this dealership recently changed hands and is going through a lot right now, so I will try to be as kind as possible. First off-the Service Staff are amazing-they identified a possible is and is going through a lot right now, so I will try to be as kind as possible. First off-the Service Staff are amazing-they identified a possible issue and gave me the option to approve the extra work or wait. They texted me the concern while I was in the waiting area along with a cost. All l had to do was say yes or no to the additional work. Very efficient. Also-the cashier was super nice and helpful. My concern is this: while waiting, there was no TV in the waiting area. They were short staffed so wait time was longer than usual. Not a big deal, right? Well-I drove about 1/2 hour out of my way to go to a dealership rather than a local garage (because they now can service vehicles under warranty.) Now l Ask myself, why would l do this if the dealership does not offer anything different than a garage while waiting. My point…make the waiting area a place people Want to be while having their vehicle serviced. Present an edge to the potential customers…stand out! Everyone can go to a garage…but to sit a super nice waiting area posses a huge advantage. Look at IRA Toyota in Danvers MA for an example. They figured out where the $$$ income is generated and give their customers an Amazing waiting area. More
