My husband and I dropped the car off at 9:00am and told that service would be completed by 2pm. Our Honda Accord hybrid 2023 needed tire replacement and service. We asked to be contacted by phone when the work was done. We called 3 times to ask about the car after 2 pm and each time we were unsuccessful in reaching anyone. Instead we received a text at 4:45 pm saying the car is ready for pick up. This customer service experience proved to be a little stressful as I was not sure about having a car very early the following day. It would be my suggestion that a person to person call would have been appropriate to let me know service needed more time. Regarding the text, I must say that I ignored it at first as it originated from Texas. The caller did leave a voicemail which led us back to the dealership to pay and to pick up the car. More
