As a woman, it is usually pretty intimidating when shopping for a new vehicle. I researched a few cars ahead of time and was hoping to get more info on them as I began my search at various dealerships shopping for a new vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership, Eric Michaelsen greeted us on the lot and once he knew what we were looking for, he was extremely helpful. He introduced us to Hanna, the person we had been dealing with through the internet when looking for the best price. Eric let us test drive the vehicle and answered all of our questions and worked hard with the office to get us the best price and interest rate that he could. My experience with Prime Honda was a new experience for me. No high pressure everyone there was very pleasant, Josh Doyle was my salesman (only at Prime for two weeks)! Everyone working at Prime was very pleasant, not one of the sales people walked by without a high, how are you. They are in a trailer due to a new building being readied for the them, it was a very hot and oppressive day with nothing but fans to keep them all cool. Josh has called me several times since my purchase to be sure all was going well, I went back once so he could show me how to program a couple of things (I am not of the computer age)! I am very comfortable calling him with questions. I have been a Ford person for many years and this is my first Honda.
