I worked with Mathew Multhauf and he did an awesome job…didnt beat around the bush with the sales, which I appreciate. Only problem I had was the detailing, or lack there of. I was expecting the insid job…didnt beat around the bush with the sales, which I appreciate. Only problem I had was the detailing, or lack there of. Inn late winter, I purchased a Ford C-Max Energi from Inver Grove Heights (excellent experience) and brought the car in in June for an inspection prior to taking a long trip. The car had a warranty. They found a problem and fixed it using the warranty plus a service charge. But it was super helpful that the dealer insurance covered a rental car and that Inver Grove Ford picked up and dropped of my car for servicing, and even drove me to the rental car place to return it. This was not so easy to arrange, but Dylan Ronayne took the time to make sure it was all coordinated so my experience was superior. Thank you. This was a dream after the nightmare experience I had purchasing an unsafe car with Milaca Motors in January. More
