Recently, I needed my truck inspected for an oil leak. I needed the vehicle back quickly due to a planned trip. When my mechanic called in sick and it looked like I could be delayed they found a way to ke I needed the vehicle back quickly due to a planned trip. Cruise control will not reduce speed going downhill. Service department claims this is normal. I don't agree. Every Ford I ever owned reduced the speed on a downhill road.
