When we couldn't quite find exactly what we wanted, he went beyond the "lot" and found the "one" for us on the back lot. He stayed with us through the sale answering questions and supplying any and all information we required. The finance, service, and sales departments coordinated efforts professionally. Further a week later when the truck had a minor glitch, response by the service department and coordination with Cody was efficient and effective; serving to reinforce our trust with the dealership. Great Experience!! My wife and I had been looking for a new car for several weeks, I was doing most of the leg work. I would find a car and take my my wife ( Kim ) to l My wife and I had been looking for a new car for several weeks, I was doing most of the leg work. I would find a car and take my my wife ( Kim ) to look at it the next day. We looked and looked. We experienced some very stressful pressure sales pitches. I hate that. A friend recomended we visit Interstate Ford and ask for Quentin or Q. I went there a few days later and met with Stacia, as Q was off that day. She was very helpful in showing me just what we were looking for. I drove a new Fusion and It had everything we were looking for. I took Kim back the very next day, and we worked with Q. He showed Kim all the features and funtions of the car. She loved it! From Stacia, to Quentin, to Steve in finance, we were treated as if we had been friends or family for years! These guys are great! Together we were able to get the car we wanted, with no stress or hassle. We love our Ford Fusion, and next year when I upgrade from my F-150 to a new one, there is no doubt that this is where I will go. Thanks to everyone at Interstate Ford! What a great team they have!!!
