I had made arrangement to meet with tony to test drive another vehicle that day. When I arrived at the dealership there was a Lincoln mkx available I was so surprised and very happy we have test drive it and went thru the history of vehicle. His garage even went thru the whole vehicle. we fill out all paperwork, got me approved for a loan and I am now a proud owner of a Lincoln mkx. From our first interaction with Paul, he was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. At no time during our experience did Paul make my wife or myself feel pressured, rushed or trapped, the interaction was relaxed and easygoing. Paul’s knowledge of the vehicle was impressive, he was able to answer every question I had with expertise. Paul was straightforward and transparent when negotiating the purchase price, financing and any repairs I requested. Paul spent the time to go over each line item with us so we understood every detail of the transaction. When we left the office, we vowed, when we were ready, we would return. Well, we did, one year later and I am ecstatic. International Motor Group again had what I was looking for, a Lexus RX 350, in bronze. Although not a brand new car, it was gorgeous and we purchased it!
