After our awful experience with a non-Kia dealer in the northern suburbs, we were very much in the mood for an honest dealer. Contacted International Kia via Internet. The Internet Sales Person turned us over to a saleswoman, Sina, who took great pains and showed us the exact type of car researched earlier and my daughter was immediately satisfied. In fact the price listed on the window for the 2012 Kia Rio, in excellent condition, (actually less miles than my 2013 Elantra purchased new), was about $1,000 less than the Tru Car price previously reviewed, (I don't understand that one)! Both the salesperson as well as the Finance Manager spent considerable time in finding the lowest cost financing and terms, which were the lowest we had found, even on the Internet, very flexible. The Finance Manager was the most straightforward, informative, and friendly (not a contradiction in terms) I personally had ever experienced and I am an experienced car buyer. He explained everything extremely clearly, including cost, his share, benefits of aftermarket add-ons. Very impressed. Sina also walked the extra mile to help and was successful. I am really surprised at the car buying experience and will certainly recommend International Kia to anyone. (A footnote, which seems to be the culture of the dealership, the Service Manager, Robert Snipe, also "walked the extra mile" to help my daughter with (what she thought) was a service problem - but it wasn't, only a first-time buyer's unfamiliarity with cars. He made time for her concerns right away, all the more noteworthy since the northern suburb Kia dealer would only schedule two weeks in advance for a service visit). A noteworthy car buying experience all around. More
