Great Customer Service. Sales, Management, Financing I had been searching for a specialized vehicle for over a 2 months but finally landed at Imperial w Paul Macchi. Paul and his manger Celio were extrem I had been searching for a specialized vehicle for over a 2 months but finally landed at Imperial w Paul Macchi. Paul and his manger Celio were extremely helpful in doing all they needed things needed to close the deal. Price negotiations were very above board no BS as well as working a few special requests to close the deal. Totally Stress Free Experience I purchased a new car from Imperial Chevrolet yesterday. We walked through the parking lot and saw the car my wife and I wanted. Upon walking in we I purchased a new car from Imperial Chevrolet yesterday. We walked through the parking lot and saw the car my wife and I wanted. Upon walking in we were greeted by Crystal Floyd. She was very friendly and asked if she could help us. We told her we wanted to test drive a new Chevy Spark.. From that point on we knew we were going to purchase the vehicle. Crystal was so nice to work with. She was very easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and nice. We made the deal and then it was on to the finance manager Ahmad Al-Jallad. Let me tell you, I have always dreaded going into the finance managers office. Well it became a very easy process. Ahmad took all the stress away from it all. He joked with us and made us feel at ease. He did jump through hoops and had to sweat a little, but he made the deal work. In the end, not only did we get a new car, but we made two new friends. Thank you Crystal and Ahmad! More

It was great and no pressure I wasn't really sure I was in the market for another car but was considering it if repair to current car was to be too expensive. Bringing my car in I wasn't really sure I was in the market for another car but was considering it if repair to current car was to be too expensive. Bringing my car in for a diagnosis it turned out that a new transmission switch was needed as well as a new hood latch so I decided to speak with Josh whom I spoke to before and asked what he could show me . I had previously looked at a 2018 Spark but liked my current 014 better. Any way very long story short I ended up getting the 2019. Ahmad the financial manager; who worked endlessly for over 3 hours to get me the best bank for my loan. I got to know him quite well during that time and simply loved every minute of the transaction. When all was said and done He said you are all set and I thought I would come back in a day or two to pick up my new car and he said no you can have it today! Like Really? Oh yes, it is all set and near your old car so you can transfer all your belongings. I then went into shock mode and couldn't believe it. All the way home, I was still in WHAT JUST HAPPENED mode. I am enjoying my new car Sally as I call her very much. More

Excellent experience Very good experience. Crystal was superb. She was able to compete with other dealers and really worked her way to get everything timely. Even had me Very good experience. Even had me picked up from my house, provided loaner and completed transaction as promised the next day and worked with their other departments to get all completed even last minute. Great Overall Experience Josh was a pleasure to work with. We knew the exact vehicle we wanted to look at and he helped us do so quickly and easily. There were no pushy sales tactics, just honest helpful information. We had only intended to take a test drive and move on, but Josh was so helpful and the pricing was so good that we ended up purchasing the vehicle that day and, thanks to Josh and his team, driving it home that afternoon!
