Last week I got a QX55. Nick Arnott was my salesman. He couldn’t have been kinder. He was not like the typical salesperson. Not high pressure in anyway. I brought my car I just purchased last week in for washer sensor to be replaced . I had full warranty with Blue Advantage ( bumper to bumper ) . The place that I bought the car was North Jersey and they sai sensor to be replaced . I had full warranty with Blue Advantage ( bumper to bumper ) . The place that I bought the car was North Jersey and they said I could bring it anywhere for service. Your guy told me he didn’t know if they accepted that warranty. He would have to call but to do the diagnostic it would be $200. And not sure it would be covered. he said I would have to pay the $200 to do the diagnostics and then call the warranty which didn’t make sense. Also, I needed a key fob reprogrammed. He said that would be another $200 for diagnostic. He was not willing to call the warranty company. So I left.. I called the warranty company when I got home and they said I was fully covered while I took it to a Ford dealership to be fixed. Very disappointed as I would’ve liked to have service from an infinity dealership for my QX 80. I won’t be back More
