I let Jerson (Internet Sales Manager) know that I'm not looking to go back and forth and want to make the deal as soon as possible based on what I'm looking for. He gathered my information in less that 30 minutes. I asked him to connect with me via e-mail. After an hour or so, they were REALLY close to what I was asking for. Thousand Oaks Infiniti actually made me an offer closer to what I was looking for but I'm an loyal person and both Jerson and Weston both appreciated my loyalty. We did the deal the next morning and couldn't be happier with the service. More

He helped modify the service to save time and money. He arranged for a loaner vehicle. Although I wasn't able to pick up my vehicle before the service department closed, Zachary was the following morning and had my vehicle ready in a few minutes. Great Car Purchasing Experience!! I have purchased several new cars, and I must say this had to be the smoothest process I have had thus far. Thank you Infiniti of Van Nuys, and particularly Moses, our sales guy, who made the process super simple without the usual endless hours of haggling. They gave me a great deal, and because I live so far away from the dealer and have 2 young children, Moses delivered the car to me and took my lease return back to the dealership for me. The whole process only took about 2 hours! Overall exceptional service, and I will be recommending this dealership and Moses to anyone I know that is interested in getting an Infiniti!! More
