Not only was my oil change complimentary, but the major items were replaced replaced for free since they were under the terms of my warranty. Wasted a lot of time here I drove 2 1/2 hours to see a car here (twice). I Informed salesperson I was very interested. I made an appointment to have the car inspected by a me I drove 2 1/2 hours to see a car here (twice). I Informed salesperson I was very interested. I made an appointment to have the car inspected by a mechanic. And hopefully close a deal. I showed up and the sales person was gone and nobody had a clue. They were resistive at first to let me inspect the car. I paid for a mechanic to look at it. I asked them to put a hold on the vehicle and they said sure. When the sales person returned, he informed me that it had been sold out from underneath me. This was not very courteous in my opinion, and is reflective of the other bad comments about this dealership. I would never come back here again and and I am sad I wasted so much time and money on this bad experience. Their used cars are priced over blue book and not certified. More
