This was the second time that I have purchased from Infiniti of Springfield. So I have a 10 year history with this dealer and their service department. Victor was our salesman, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak to. He kept in contact during the whole process. In the end, after purchasing the car, you deal with the service department which was part of my decision to go with another Infiniti.
