I took my vehicle into PEORIA INFINITY with the intention of having it serviced. I was extremely disappointed with the reaction/attention/lack of act knowledgment to a customer that was in their s intention of having it serviced. I was extremely disappointed with the reaction/attention/lack of act knowledgment to a customer that was in their service writer bay(the only vehicle there at the time! I drove into the service entrance and there were 3 service writers there ( 1 in each office ). I stepped out of my vehicle and I expected one of them to come out and greet me. Instead one came out of his office and walked out and looked at a vehicle north of the entrance, then went to a vehicle in the east entrance, then walked by the rear of my vehicle, with my drivers door open and me standing there and he never looked towards me or acknowledged I was there by saying someone would be with me, then went in his office and sat down. The other 2 service writers sat in their offices and did the same thing ( ignored me) except they stayed in there offices. I totally understand they may have been dealing with other customers but I assume there is glass in their offices for being able to see the service drive and being able to respond via go out, wave, or if you walk by acknowledge that the customer will be helped shortly. After standing there for 3-5 minutes then walking out and telling the person that was picking me up that I was leaving if they didn’t come out, I LEFT and AS LONG as I HAVE a CHOICE I WON’T be BACK. This may seem like a over reaction, but in my opinion it is very bad customer service!!!! Rodney Northrop More

If i could rate my 1st experience based off Roger Wales and Ramon Munoz this would be a 5 star review. Sadly, that just cant be. To start Ramon and Roger listened to my vision and made a huge effort to have it become true. My 1 star rating comes from my battery being completely dead within 3 days of having the vehicle in my hands. When i called Ash the finance guy I dealt with he told me and I quote " I know how Arizona is.. " now i totally do understand how Arizona is, but the battery was the original battery this used vehicle came with. My personal opinion is that if your selling a car at least put a new battery in being as "we know how Arizona is". I had also experienced unprofessional work ethic with Ash when signing paperwork. I mentioned being from Southern California as he was from Northern California, he proceeded to say how he has no clue how i lived there, that he would never live in SoCal with "those" people. To top it off he goes on to talk about himself being a "shoot first ask questions later type of guy". All and all, I didn't try to haggle my way around the price margins i took the price as is, dealt with extreme financial profiling from Ash and i find myself only writing a review because of the fact i wasn't able to be helped with a battery 3 days after purchasing this vehicle. This is my first experience with Infinite of Peoria and my first big purchase as a young adult and i feel as if i was taken advantage of. More

I don’t think many people can brag about a car buying experience but that was the best experience yet. I was in an accident and my dream car was marked as a total loss. Well I called them and explained m experience but that was the best experience yet. I was in an accident and my dream car was marked as a total loss. Well I called them and explained my unique position and just like that they got me in and found me a car that is almost identical to my car, listened to my concerns, helped me return my rental, got me a great deal, told me what to do to get money back from my previous car agreement that I didn’t know about and our conversations were just the best. We worked with Robert Saiz and Abraham and couldn't have been more happy with our purchase..... The sale wasn't able to be completed that day and they actually held the car for us. I didn't feel pushed or t been more happy with our purchase..... The sale wasn't able to be completed that day and they actually held the car for us. I probably won't be buying cars anywhere else. More
