My experience at this dealership in all honesty could not have been any better. I sent a message on a car, they called and gave me information on the vehicle by phone, I set up an appointment, drove it and l have been any better. At first I was shocked at how all parties, the sales guy, his boss and the GM Kurt took great interest, but after sitting and having conversations with each individual at random times during my visit it was refreshing to see such an effort being made by all to make sure I was being taken care of properly! The G sedan I purchase was detailed and was ready for me once I was done signing paperwork and it was cool to see it sitting in this indoor car port. The waiting room is very nice and comfortable, with flat screen TV and wireless internet connections, so I can work while I'm waiting. The completed work has always been first rate, and if I were to find an issue or have a question it would be address immediately within any hassle. They have gone out of their way to get service done in a timely manner and always have looked out for me on pricing. They have been very good about offering advice on what maintenance really needs to be done and what can wait a bit. I bought a used M35 from them so it's not like I'm a high roller new car buyer. We are considering buying a used G37 from them right now to replace an Acura. I also think the Infiniti product is excellent. More
