I usually hate having to take my car be serviced. I always end up wasting an entire day and spending too much money. I came to Infiniti of Peoria and I worked with James. I asked him to take a look at my car before I went on a big trip. So he did and gave me a list of things that needed to be done. Not only was he incredibily nice to work with, but he also had my car in and out so I could enjoy the rest of my day off. It has been a long time since I have been in a dealership and felt comfortable with the people working there. I was curious about an extended warranty and both Jason and Daniella in finance we great to work with, they worked up quotes and found discounts to make it affordable, and there was absolutely no pressure at all. Then I was introduced to Kurt the general manager of the store, what a great guy!! We shared a cup of coffee and just shot the breeze. This dealership is just SOOO different in every way. I will be looking to purchase a new Infiniti sometime next year and there is no other place I would rather go! Thank you very much guys for a great experience. More

My experience with Infinity of Peoria was outstanding on all levels. This was the second purchase I have made from this dealership and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else to buy an Infinity. After my Infinity was totaled in a recent car accident, I called Infinity of Peoria and asked Robert and Kurt to please find another Infinity for me. I loved the G35 they had sold me previously, After Robert answered some questions about the G35 and the G37, I decided to purchase a G37. Quick as a wink, Robert and Kurt had located a 1 year old G37 with low mileage and a very reasonable price. Within 10 days of my request, I drove my G37 off the lot. Anyone in the Phoenix Area who wants to own an Infinity and purchase in an exceptionally friendly, hassel free environment should visit Infinity of Peoria. This is the second Infiniti I have purchased from Infiniti of Peoria. After my 2007 G35S was totaled (my wife and I having walked away without injury, due to the quality of the vehicle), and after h Infiniti of Peoria. My experience with the dealership over the past three years has been very satisfactory, as has my current dealings with them. Mr. Kasik and Mr. Sais were both helpful and cooperative and guided me through the sales process in a very professional manner. My son bought almost the same car in California using his Costco membership the same day and got almost the same deal. James and the Service department were Outstanding!! I had both of my G's in for alignment and the Service deptment found a broken motor moount on the wife's G and fixed it under warranty.
