I dealt with both Adam Schwehr and the Gen Mgr Kurt who were very customer service oriented and NOT your typical car salesmen. There was a car that I was interested in at their dealership and I was asked were very customer service oriented and NOT your typical car salesmen. There was a car that I was interested in at their dealership and I was asked to come take a look at it. When i told them that it was too far away, Kurt offered for a saleman to bring it out to me! WOW!! I've NEVER had that offer! Adam brought the beautiful SUV out to our house and was the nicest car salesman I've EVER encountered! He was courteous, friendly, patient and NOT PUSHY!! He aswered our questions with confidence as well. My only issue was that I was told by Kurt that this 2011 Armada LE had everything that the Platinum edition had except for the navigation system. Unfortunately, that was not entirely correct. I had asked about a moonroof and he said it had it as well as a DVD system and he said it had it. They had neither. I know he wasn't lying, I think being that the dealership he works in is an Infiniti vs a Nissan, he just wasn't informed/educated on all the trim levels of the Armada. Again, Kurt was a super nice and VERY customer service oriented Mgr. If they had the vehicle we wanted or could get, we'd DEFINITELY buy from Adam and Kurt! They went above and beyond and delivered great customer service! Unfortunately, they just didn't have the vehicle we wanted. Kuddos to your dealership for not having "sleezy car salesmen"!! I will be sure to recommend your dealership and, specifically Adam, to anyone I know looking for a vehicle! More

I highly recommend this dealership, Johnny is the best, he took care of us and he listened to what we need and wants. I found the truck i bought on autotrader.com on Sunday 8-5-12 and in 1 and a half hours i owned it. They are fun to drive and so very comfortable. I didn't feel pressured at all. I knew that I wanted a G-37 before I walked in the door, it was just a matter of being treated well, coming to a deal that I could live with and finding the right car for me. These guys hit the mark on all three counts. I will definitely seek them out when it is time to get a new vehicle again in the future. As for now, I'm going to enjoy the car I just acquired to the fullest. More

I contacted Infiniti of Peoria and got a text from Johnny...he had Adam Schwehr bring the car I liked to Scottsdale for me to test drive. Kurt responded quickly to ask for my needs, found the suitable car, and gave me a quotation, all by email. After I called to clarify a few questions I have, we made an appointment to look at the car. When we arrived, Kurt and Dave are waiting at the door and the vehicle was ready for test driving. The price was exactly the same as quoted earlier by email. The entire process is very simple and straightforward and our overall experience at the dealership was great. I highly recommend this dealship! More
