At Infiniti of Peoria Service date July 21st 2026 If I could give this 0 stars I would. I was lied to by the service rep Taylor and the technician that worked on my car. Let me break this down. I mad I could give this 0 stars I would. I was lied to by the service rep Taylor and the technician that worked on my car. Let me break this down. I made an appointment for a standard oil, change tire rotation, and their usual 20 point inspection. I was told it would be an hour wait when I made my appointment. Well it took over 2 hours but that’s not the issue. when I got my inspection report there were several red flags. 1- they said my cabin air filters failed inspection? Really cause I had them replaced 2k miles ago. 2- they showed that all my tires were had the same ware on them and was set to 36psi even the spare tire? Hmm cause I don’t have a spare tire and 2 of my tires were replaced 6k miles ago so how is that possible? 3- they claim that my brake pads on all 4 tires were down to 6mm ware? Really? Because 4k miles ago I paid them to put new rear pads and turn the rear rotors so those should have been basically new still. (I only drive to the store on weekends so easy breaking) So when I confronted the service representative Taylor about all of this he claimed that new rear pads out of the box are 8mm so in doing the math in another 4k miles I will need to do them again because they would be less the 4mm since they are at 6 now? I questioned him about that along with the tires and he more or less dismissed me with lies. I later called another Infiniti dealership and asked about the brake pads thickness and got a total different answer The OEM brake pad thickness for a 2021 Infiniti Q50 Luxe is approximately 15 mm for the front pads and around 14 mm for the rear pads new. So he lied straight to my face and smiled. When I got in my care to drive home I was curious about the psi on my tires which was set per the tech (including the spare that does not come with the q50) it showed on my dash readout that all my tires were low and had not been rotated at all. The left front tire still showed 28psi just like it had when I came in. So to wrap things up. Several times I have had issues with this dealership. And either they never install my new tires like the paperwork shows, never install cabin air filters, new brake pads and turned the rotors like the paper work shows. Or the technician didn’t do anything that I had paid them to do and lied on the vehicle report and when questioned about the report so did the service representative. The service department went above and beyond for me and my family. We were traveling when our fuel pump went out.
