Buying a new car is not something I do often and I've never looked forward to negotiating over price. Infiniti of Nashua made thing easy. My wife and I were treated respectfully and we never felt pressured. While doing my homework I found the Infiniti of Nashua web site very useful. At the site I was able to search the inventory and find a vehicle in-stock with the exact options I wanted. The follow-up visit from Claire Nicholson was also very useful and informative. Sean's manner allowed my father to maintain his dignity and did not go unnoticed by my mother and I. Also, my family knew intuitively that he was giving us very good prices on our cars. Our cars in 2006 and my car today were ready as promised, and very clean. I never felt rushed, and Sean spent as much time with me as I needed to go over all the features and details. Despite many of the same questions, Mr. Taylor went through the entire car again with her. As for the price, the negotiations were painless. The manager explained why and where his price came from, we worked together to come to an agreement, and, in the end, I believe I received a fair deal.
