Through the VPP program, and combined with factory incentives my final price was as good as I could hope for -all without "painful" negotiations. The dealer found me the car that I wanted (features, color) and delivered it in pristine condition. Walter spent a good deal of time during the delivery process, ensuring I was familiar with all the controls. He then phoned me the next day to see if everything was still to my satisfaction. During the shopping process, I felt no "sales pressure". The entire experience was actually fun! (as it OUGHT to be!) More

A week before I first visited Infiniti of Nashua my Granddaugher Whitney came to see me and said "Poppa I just bought a car and it is super". The next day I returned with my wife and after a test drive we were convinced this was the car for us.The negotiation was quick and almost painless. We feel we received a fair deal. I waited till I had 1000 miles on my car to write this;and O yes Whitney was right as usual- This is the most fun car I ever owned (out of 22) and John was great to do business with.I hope the service is as good as my experience with the sales department.
