INFINITI of Nashua

I bought a 2004 G35 coupe in 2005 and decided it was time for a new car. I had done the research on the new makes and models that were out there. When it came right down to it, I was spoiled. I loved my G35 coupe and all the options it was equipped with. I realized that I wouldn't be happy with any other car than an Infiniti. Not only did I enjoy the car but the service department treated me very well. Gus Wallce would always explain everything that was being done or needed to be done on my car. I trust him completely. I went to Infiniti last Tuesday to check out an 2011 EX. Joe Gindi explained to me everything the car had to offer and by Friday night I was picking up my new car! Joe is very enthusiastic and fun to work with. He seems to enjoy his job and is very knowledgeable about the cars and the technology. He told me if I have any questions or need any help to call him. Buying a new car has normally been stressful for me. Joe made it fun and he took the time to show me some of the new advances in technology this car has to offer. I love my new EX and I am very pleased with my buying experience with Infiniti of Nashua. More

Couple hours later we called Matt and asked him to local a G37XS model for us. Picked up the car last Friday night and he spent a good 45 mintues going over the car with us. My husband and I let his sales manager know that night how happy we were that we came to Infiniti and would be back soon to purchase a car for my husband. That was the best experience we even had buying a new car. More

They were personable, low pressure, accommodating, knowledgeable, and while I didn't get quite as much for my trade-in as I had anticipated, they were willing to work with me to get my overall investment within my comfort zone. My vehicle was delivered in pristine condition, and they walked me through all of the warranty info, gadgets, and creature comforts of the car. I had a huge smile on my face when I drove off the lot and it was certainly, in part, from the level of service I was given at Infiniti of Nashua. More
