Not only did he get me a great deal on my FX and my trade-in, but he was also very knowledgeable and knew the vehicle in and out. One thing that he did that I've never had a salesperson do before was that he demo'd the car first showing me all the options and handling capabilities before allowing me to test drive. I think this is a great idea and every salesperson should do this. It allowed me to test drive the vehicle and focus on exactly how it performed instead of being distracted with all the features and options while driving.
