I Wouldn't if your a woman My wife bought a 2014 Acura RDX here last November, upon signing documents, the Finance person advised her there was only a few months and 6000 miles My wife bought a 2014 Acura RDX here last November, upon signing documents, the Finance person advised her there was only a few months and 6000 miles left on the warranty , and for only $3000.00 she could get an extended warranty.. He was totally incorrect and provided bogus information. Once she got home, I reviewed all documents, the actual warranty on the vehicle was 21 more months and 24 ,000 more miles, we called that evening and told them we want to cancel the warranty, after dozens of phone calls and a few return calls from 4 different managers, this problem has yet to be resolved 8 months later.. it is being referred to our attorney for litigation and possibly the state attorney as well, along with Infiniti Corporate just to make sure they know they're getting dirt on them as well from this dealership... Shame on you for exploiting a woman the way you did and leaving her hanging for 8 plus months without resolution More

AMAZING! Great service! Came to dealership in need of a rental to get my other car fixed. They gave me the cleanest, most beautiful car. As a new mom they gave Great service! Came to dealership in need of a rental to get my other car fixed. They gave me the cleanest, most beautiful car. As a new mom they gave me a nice big 7 seater car perfect for me to use while I ran errands. The service guy was super sweet and understanding of the currcumstances I was in and helped me with a smile. When I returned the car he made sure I had everything I needed and offered assistance to help move my grocery items to my car. Best dealer I ever had! Will come again. More

Awful customer service, stay away Had a horrible experience with this dealer, will not consider doing business again. First of all we saw the car online, and set up an appointment to Had a horrible experience with this dealer, will not consider doing business again. First of all we saw the car online, and set up an appointment to go see it on the upcoming Sunday. The day before we get an email confirming the appointment, yet when we get there we find out the vehicle was sold Friday and is pending financing so we cannot view it. A few days later they call to say the financing fell through, so we put a small deposit to hold the car and go view it the following weekend. We did finally decide to purchase the vehicle on Saturday. Since it was purchased on the weekend it couldn't be registered yet so was told it would be ready Monday or Tuesday. Monday comes and they call to say it won't be ready that day, but should be by end of the day Tuesday. All day Tuesday heard nothing, so we call and leave a message before heading up there. They call back to state that the car is all registered, but due to renovations being performed is covered in construction dust and needs to be detailed again, but the detailers are gone for the day. We tell them that we will pick it up on Thursday as we were busy on Wednesday. We get a call Wednesday saying the vehicle is ready, which we remind them that we couldn't do. On Thursday when we pick up the vehicle, it was not rewashed, just left from the day before. The gas was on empty, but we were so frustrated we left anyway and filled up on our own. Then as we're driving down the highway we check the glove box and there was no owner's manual or registration. We turn around and go back. We get there and cannot find the salesman anywhere, so another associate is able to find the registration in to salesman’s desk. As for the owner’s manual he states that he will look into it and then get back to me. We hear nothing for a week. During this time we notice that it appears the oil was never changed either, so I spend the next month trying to contact both the salesman we dealt with Bill Vickers and Hugh McQueen via phone and email. Finally I call and speak to an available sales manager Dave Girardi. He listens to my concerns and says he’ll look into it and get right back to me. He does call me back and tells me that used cars are supposed to have at least a half tank of gas, so that was wrong. He states that he has located an owner’s manual for me, but he needs to check with the service manager about the oil change, so he’d call me back the next day. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have called nearly every day and cannot get a call back. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

It was represented as having no damage and being "like new". Six months later I find out from another dealer that this car has impact damage and broken welds. I let them know and sent them pictures of the damage. The dealership management never responded. Do yourself a favor and SHOP ELSEWHERE !!!!!!!!!!!! More

What isn't made clear from the beginning is that those prices do not include ANY warranty, the mandatory fee for interior and exterior protection, etc. We also had problems with paperwork filled out by the dealer which made it more difficult to register the car and resulted in additional fees. Great Customer Service Im sorry that I cannot agree with the previous reviews. I am on my second Infiniti since 2003 and have had nothing but GREAT service. I have always had my oil changed there amongst other minor repairs. I always wait for my car in the waiting room and never have I gone past one hour of waiting. Christopher Holt was always very nice and respectable and accommodating. Unless things have changed since my last oil change, 3 months ago, I just can't believe the recent reviews I am reading. More
